Radiator Fan Wheel Attachment Replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the wheel that extends from the A/C bracket? Mine is off kilter and squeals under acceleration while wobbling at idle.
It seems there is a bearing in there and it must be pressed out for replacement. Nearby junkyards didn't have my model year bracket so I pulled the bracket off a renix era and intend to swap them out.
I'm looking for either shop or tool recommendations.

The bearing can be replaced but it requires a bunch of tools and knowhow. You're better off finding a used one (that the bearing isn't shot as well).

I've done that in the past. But AC mounting brackets won't be around forever. My unfruitful trip to the junkyard the other day made me think it's time I learned how to do it myself.

I've read where people ruined the bracket by trying to press out the bearings, I diddnt wanna screw with that so I just cut that sucker off and put an electric fan in. Got a shorter belt and completely eliminated the clutch/pulley/ bearing.
May not be what you wanna do just throwing it out there

DId you wire it into the existing auxillary fan? If so, did you upgrade the gauge of wiring?

That thought crossed my mind too. I went ahead and grabbed the electric fan while I was there thinking I might be able to do that with it but it doesn't line up to fit in any of the holes and would require cutting off the shroud. Which electric fan and which part number of belt did you end up using?

I used a stock xj e fan with one side in the slot for the stock shroud and I drilled some holes in the rad support/clip and zip tied it there on both corners and on the other bottom corner lol.
I used a relay and wired the really switch to the ignition fuse block so it comes on when I Truro my jeep on. Stripped the aux e fan wiring and wired that to a switch in the cab with a relay. You want to use relays cause those fans do pull a lot of amps
