Default Radiator drain

I am going to flush my radiator and heater core as soon as I have the free time and its not snowing.
My question is where is the drain plug for the radiator? I read in a few other posting about removing the air box and pulling out one of the lines to drain it. I might just do that. but for general knowledge and in case I decide to do it this way... where is the plug....
I found this that is pictured below and that is the closest thing I could find to a drain plug. I accessed it by pulling off the plastic piece around the passenger side headlight then unscrewing the turn signal to get it out of the way....

Seriously, don't mess with that plug. You're likely to just break it. Pull the lower hose to drain. It'll drain much faster anyway. It takes all of 5 minutes to pull the air box.
