I'm driving down the road when all of the sudden my rad cap pops off and soaks my computer.. So I go to pull over and my car is stuck going 40mph, and when I shifted into neutral the rpms went up. Is it possible this fried my Cherokees computer? 2000 4.0 xj auto. Any info would be helpful as I am sitting on the side of the road.. Thanks!

 

I've had my PCM submerged at least once and it didn't screw anything up. Sounds like you at least need a new radiator cap & some coolant.

 

Mine has had a few shower baths as well with no ill effects. I'd rinse the glycol off and let it dry.

 

TPS get wet?

The PCM is sealed up with potting compound, it really can't get wet except for the connectors.
