ok so i have kinda a dumb question for doing something dumb i acidentaly poked a hole in my radiator not a super huge hole but a decent oone to spray out so my question is is there any way to seal up the hole or do i need a new radiator?

 

you could temporarily, MAYBE, pinch the fins closed.
But the rad is so small to begin with . . .
consider it a lesson learned.

 

most likely its radiator time to get a plus out of the replacement up grade to the open system and get rid of the pressure bottle if you still have it
