Quick shifter link adjustment question, picture inside.
Hey guys, my jeep rolls in park and we think its due to the shifter linkage being pulled out of adjustment on a NSS switch install. Any ways, Haynes manual and other links say to "release the shifter clamp" to allow the adjustment to take place...... how do you do that??? I dont see anywhere to squeeze, and I really dont want to be prying on it with a flat head and breaking it if I dont know what I am doing... tackling this tomorrow, appreciate any feedback!
Just let me know if its like a squeeze with pliers , or popping with ease of a flathead... I am really in the dark lol

This is the adjustment I think you are thinking/referring.

First thing I would do is soak that cable assembly with some type of cleaner and then WD-40 or whatever.
Also from your picture I cannot tell if the bracket holding the cable and the adjuster clamp is even there.
Good Luck
