Hey, I'm back with a simple question this time. Quick info. All the cooling system is new other than the block. My electric fan has never kicked on so I just been jumping it together with a paper clip. In traffic it will start to go up after a while. The fan is running but it runs from start up so it's not kicking on giving that rush of cold air. I know the fan is helping because it takes a while and I've drove one with no fan so I know how fast it would run hot without one in traffic in 95 degrees.
So I'm finally hooking it up to a toggle switch so I can kick it on myself and get a rush of cold. Here's my simple question. Where can I put the wire through to get under the dash? For the love of me I don't see an opening. Do I have to drill a hole?

Do not drill a hole!!!
Getting it in the wrong place can cause lots of heartache.
When I did it, I seem to remember going through the grommet next to the hood latch cable. Just punch through with an awl or a nail or something similar.
Here's how to do the wiring. Most folks do it wrong.
