is there supposed to be a hose coming off of the hole above the vacuum line going to the map sensor? PO had a golf tee stuffed in it, but Diagrams in the manual, and other jeeps I saw in the U pull didn't have anything in it. sorry Pic is kinda blury

 

if it has vacuum it needs to be pluged

 

Mycherokee the top one on a Renix has no vacuum line the top plug is what holds the rubber adapter in place. Just the bottom line has vacuum on it.

 

Not a vacuum port it is a locating port for the vacuum hose that is 100% normal.
