Ah i gotcha. Looks like on mine the precats and front pipe are separate parts, so i guess that means i probably won't need the 53440. Ideally i'd like to just replace the precats and o2 sensors as i've already put way more money in to this thing than i ever hoped to. I think the rear cat is probably ok, muffler and tailpipe were replaced recently when i got rear-ended.

Yeah, I've already put more money in to this thing than I paid for it and it's only been a little over 2 years... little did I know it had a cracked cylinder head when I bought it and that was just the beginning of my problems

I appreciate all the help/advice. O2 sensors and precats will be in tomorrow, fingers crossed installation goes smoothly and it fixes at least some of the issues i'm having.

Is this possible to do without removing the exhaust manifold? I'm having a real hard time getting to these bolts at the top of the precats

I know my guy did not remove the exhaust manifolds when he did it. Do you have the factory clips and bolts like the picture I posted or did somebody replace something at one time and just use nuts and bolts?

It's clips and bolts, taking me for freaking ever but I have 3/4 off and 4th is pretty close. Is it advisable to replace the clips with nuts to make things easier in the future?

Would you be able to get a wrench up in there on top to hold the nut while you tighten the bolt. Have to assume it is tight up there and that could cause its own set of problems. Be willing to bet it has and can be done but worth it? Not a clue. Hopefully somebody else will chime in.

Bolts, guessing metric, that will work can probably be found at any hardware or auto parts store. The clips I highly doubt. I know Napa sell clips like this but doubt they have anything this big. I was able to order mine from my local Jeep dealership without a problem. Thinking it took no more then 2 business days to get. But then again I don't really remember.
