quick brake convertion question

ok i looked i swear i looked in all the forums and even googled it i cant find it. but i would like to do the drum to disc convertion on my 99 xj
im pretty sure i have the dana 35 i dont do any wheelin other then chicago winter driving which i guess is kinda wheelin lol... i need to know what year zj's would work or i read that ford crown vics would work to or any make model or year vehicles that would be cheapest and easiest to convert

I didn't use the valve either but the rear brakes will rub all the time due to the pressure the drums needed and disc don't and the pads will wear faster. Also you tend to nose dive a bit more without the valve.
