My xj is from 1992. I measured the height from the axle tube to the frame rails and I'm getting a little bit higher than expected. I want to know if the truck has been lifted, coils and leaf springs changed.

Right now its riding on mountain ryder xt shocks. Anyone know if these are good quality? I can't find the reviwes or prices online.

How can I tell if the coils and leaf springs have been changed from factory?

Right now my measurements are as follows:

From center hub to bottom of fender flare:
Back 17 5/8
Front 17 6/8

From axle tube to frame rail
Back- 6 3/4
Front- 7 1/8

Would appreciate any info

is there any way to check if the coils and springs were replace with parts that are close to stock height? I find it hard to believe the leaf springs haven't been replaced since 1992 , but want to know for sure

Any positive arch to the leaf springs? OEM ones didn't have much arch from the factory. Mine were flat when I replaced them. I've seen ones that were extremely negative arched.

That's a good sign. Any identifying marks on the springs?
