question with quickness of sag w aal
I bought the 3" rc kit w aal i ran it for around a week just to get to school and work w no rear shocks is that enough time to kill them and make it sag the truck definatley seems lower but it could just be settiling

Shocks aren't going to affect lift. Sounds like it's settling. If you had saggy springs before you will have have saggy springs with the AAL within a few months.

Yes I know but could driving it without shocks put more strain and weight on the leafs therefor making it sag quicker

Yes, hence why their are HD shocks that dont allow as much articulation, they also add resistance to any drop or lift in the suspension so its not falling and lifting up too fast.
