If I'm not mistaken the G20 is 3/4 ton and 8 lug but some light duty 3/4 tons had 6 lug. If it's the 6 lug then yes it will fit a waggy. So will GM 1/2 ton 4wd, Toyota 4wd (except Tundra) and Nissan with 6 lug pattern.

I have found they know the bolt patterns, center bore, stud size & length, etc., for everything on wheels.
