Default quarter panel question

Hello everyone i am new to this forum so might as well get started. I have a 91 and i have a smashed in quarter panel mostly at the bottom..for temporary fixing on the trail i used a sledge and a 2x4 to bang it out. I now want to fix it correctly but my question is is it better to cut the front metal out and just patch it or cut the whole piece out including the back. If you ever looked at one it looks like a nightmare to do. Any thoughts would help. Thank you

Get a dent kit, or get new quarter panels.
