Default Quadra tech rockers worth it?

hey all, i have pretty rusted out rockers on my 2dr and am looking at the quadra tech replacement rocker panels. they're like 75$ a piece and was wondering if any body has had good or bad experience with these or any other replacement panels from them. also what is the RP backing plate they offer? is that just the side wall to the floor pan?

I replace the driver's side rocker panel on my 97 with a piece I got off Amazon for $30. It wasn't a perfect fit, but with the amount of trimming I had to do anyway, it worked fine for my application.
