My Jeep has problems starting and running when it is physically cold or even cool outside and wet. All summer I had no problems starting my Jeep which I thought was strange because I did whenever it was cold outside. Here in Ohio it has been mid-high 40's and rainy the last 2 days and it has been rough starting and even tried to stall while putting in gear and off idle. This summer with AC on full blast no problems at all.

I have a 89 Cherokee with a 4.0 and automatic.
