Problems galore!!!

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 L 6 cyl.
I have a few problems.
1.) Computer code: P0705; no or slow fan speed, open circuit to cooling fan. Bad relay.
2.) Computer code: (4got #); transmission relay. Low/high control sensor R,N,D
3.) A/C is effing up again. I have 0 pressure and my compressor clutch is turning on. I think I have a leak somewhere.
I'm looking for help with rooting out the cause of each of these problems. I checked the relays and they are in good working order.
