Ok, so heres what I cancelled out today.
Plug wires tested good.
Reset the whole computer and ran it for a little according to Chrysler's proper procedures for resetting the comp.
Tested it under load (hold brake and push more throttle aka powerbraking) motor bogged down and when I took off it backfired slightly and sputterred a few times before straightening back out.
with the pedal on the floor it bogs the whole engine down but still picks up speed. HOWEVER if i only throttle up about 3/4 of the way, then I have full power and pick up.
Any suggestions now?

Mine was both of the o2s, I would drive and it would cut out like a fuel pump was broke and had to floor to keep going. Replaced all the senesors on throttle and trans- nothing, got new o2s, fixed it right up.
