Default Problem with front wipers and cruise control

Heey all, im new here.
I live in the Netherlands, 25 years old and own a Jeep Cherokee 3.7 2003.
The problem is that my front wipers are not working as they should be. They only work when I want to spray my windshield or when I put the interval in de highest mode. But when I put the interval in the highest mode they wipe only every 10 seconds. I checked the fuse and relay, they seem to be OK. Also my cruise control isn't working for a couple of moths now. I can't find a fuse or relay for it, but the cruisecontrole light on the dashboard is working when I put it on. After resourch on the internet I think it has to be something with the BCM or the wipe engine itself?
Sorry for my bad English,
Lucas
