I have a 95 Cherokee Sport with an automatic. It won't allow me to manually shift from drive to 3rd when at anything more than about 20mph. It will automatically shift down when pulling a hill at freeway speed, but I want to make it manually when towing so that I can keep it from going back and forth a bunch. Is there something I'm not doing right?
