Probable Fuse Problem?

Probable Fuse Problem?
I was working on putting wiring in for a receiver hitch today, connecting wires to wires and whatnot behind the taillight/blinker region. When I went to drive away afterwards, I noticed the radio wouldn't turn on, and that the interior dome light also wouldn't turn on. I will admit, I had the key in the accessory position to charge my cell phone while I was doing this. I could have shorted something, but what would the taillight/blinker/backup lights have to do with the dome lights and radio?
From past experience, I know that the cigarette lighter/radio are on the same fuse, yet the cigarette lighter port still works. Is the radio run off of 2 fuses? Thanks for the help
