pressure wash my coolant passages?

pressure wash my coolant passages?
i have the head off my jeep and i can see the coolant passages are not very clean can i like stick the nozzle of a pressure washer in the passage and spray and it will clean them out? i want my cooling system cleaned as thoroughly as possible
