Anyone try these? Why would a manual air locker be more benificail than these auto lockers? "Sounds" like all the benifits and none of the drawbacks.

Thanks!
Is yours the Lock-Right or the No-Slip?
Is it noisy at all?

It makes little noises every once and a while and im not sure on which one it is. Box is packed up in the shed but i think its the no slip. I can find out for sure for you this weekend. It seems to be locked all the time, when i turn corners, the one tire kind of hops and squeals. the inside tire is spinning the same speed as the outer on turns so it hops. not sure if that helps LOL

Hmm ok. I thought it was supposed to be like an open diff during normal operation and just lock when one of the tiers slip. But if its locked all the time that might get annoying for everyday use.

The no-slip acts like a detroit locker...only drawback is under acceleration in a corner vehicle wants to go in a strait line..the spooky part of these systems is if your in a corner under acceleration and have to let off the gas the vehicle will tend to turn tighter into the corner
