Power Windows, Locks, and Side View Mirrors Not Working

So I just bought my first Jeep Cherokee (98) a few days ago and the power windows, locks and side view mirrors don't work at all. None of the lights on the master switch light up so I don't know if I have a blown fuse or if I need to replace my master switch. Any help is much appreciated.

Here is a start regarding your fuse question, see post #4.
But if all those issues are accompanied by no switch lights at all, I'm wondering if the whole unit is not getting any power...

Do you know if the previous owner has done anything about/with this?
