Power window fuse problems!

Power window fuse problems!
2000 XJ Sport.
I am trying to determine if I need a new Driver Widow/Lock switch or if I have a bad lock motor.
My power window switch keeps blowing the 25 amp fuse but only in one situation. The driver and passenger lock switch will lock and unlock the door locks without any problem. If I press the passenger switch more than once in either the lock or unlock direction there is no problem.
If, however I press the driver switch in the lock position more than once it will blow the fuse. (The doors lock no problem if just pressed once) It does not blow the fuse if I press the unlock position more than once.
Any insights to what might be going on would be greatly appreciated.
