power steering squeek

power steering squeek
my power steering pump pulley (i think that's what it's called) is sqeeking pretty bad. sounds like bearings...is this an indication of pump about to fail or do i need to replace the pulley?

whats the vibration balacer blah blah blah thing? what do you call the pulley attached to the power steering pump. if its squeeking should i replace it? is it difficult
