Power Steering Pulley

Does anyone know if the power steering pulley is removable ? It kinda looks like it but im not sure.

yes it is and there is a special tool that takes it off because i just had to change my power steering pump and i had guy that had the tool to take pulley off the old one and put on the new one

yep. if you have the tool its a breeze. if not be prepared for an hour of frustration, banging, throwing, cursing, and a bent pulley.
