Default Power steering leak

Hey all, I'm new to the jeep world and need help figuring out what's going wrong here, it looks like just a bad seal to me but I want to be sure so I don't waste time and money doing something that doesn't need to be done.
This is where the leak is coming from, it looks like just a bad seal to me but i want to be sure.

Mine does the same thing, and I bought a seal/clip kit to fix it. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. There are a bunch of write-ups on the forums.

I used this product when I started to have a small drip from the steering gear box. It stopped the leak and it has been a couple of years now.
