Power Steering hose replacement 2000 Cherokee

I was able to loosen the top nut on the high pressure hose, but I can't figure out how to et at the lower nut. any help would be appreciated.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

Remove the air cleaner assembly and use an 18mm crows foot with an extension.

You need an 18 mm flare nut crow foot wrench, long extension, and breaker bar.
