Power Seat - Stripped Forward / Backward Gear

Power Seat - Stripped Forward / Backward Gear
Removed my drivers seat and cleaned the power seat mechanism all three motors work, but when i use the midlle switch i hear gears grinding. Can I replace the gear in the metal housing? The cost of a new unit seems prohibitive given everything else works. Anyone has this issue?
