Hey everybody,

I would like to ask you about mounting a bigger The Power plus Throttle Body dim. 62 mm on XJ, 4,0. Have you any good experience with it ? Will be more HP up after fitted.

Hi and welcome to CF from Tj...You will get better throttle response and better air flow. I had mine bored to 64mm and it works very well with the larger exhaust. You can get it bored here http://www.strokedjeep.com/tbody.html ...Tj

hey Kony.... a bored tb (i.e. matching the opening to that of the intake manifold) is the first step in getting the full potential of your 4 liter .... go for it .... should've been done out of the factory, damn engineers/marketers always limiting our fun! .... there are many to choose from .... i'm using one from .... http://www.thefastman.com/Throttlebodies40.asp

... next, you may want to swap out your injectors and then (or at the same time) swap out your pre-99 manifold (with 90 degree runners) to the better designed one with more-straight runners and a larger plenum (see pic)..... good luck!

I will be solved it next weekend. I will be mounted Flow Daddy Headers. Now I have only Intake package by KN filter and Flowmaster 50.
