Power locks intermittent
2000 XJ. I read a lot of posts around power door locks sticking and requiring lubing. I have an issue where the power locks work intermittently using the remote. When they don't work, there is no noise at all, no clicking or anything. Would this likely be an electrical issue rather than a lock stikcing issue? Seems on most of the posts I read they mentioned a clicking noise if it was a sticky lock..
thanks guys.

Do you have any issues while using the interior lock buttons? If not I would say check the batteries in the remote. It could also be the remote itself is worn out or a faulty sensor inside the vehicle.
