So not exactly sure what's going on but none of the windows will go down dont even make a noise the heat dont work and the blinkers light up but they stay solid and dont work on the outside of the vehicle niether do the hazzard or running lights but the headlights and brake lights work really need to figure it out if anybody has had this problem I'd appreciate some advice it's about to get to hot for my windows to not work thanks in advance!

i had a similar problem. Power windows completely dead. There is a metal circuit breaker on the passenger side fuse panel this checked good so i thought it was wiring. BUT there is is 15 amp mini fuse in the engine compartment fuse box that sends power to the circuit breaker, mine was bad.
you can check all those fuses with a voltmeter probe without removing them. each fuse has a metal contact on top (2) just do your continuity check on those ,thats how i found mine.hope this helps.
