Default power door locks

Weird problem, I have a 93 XJ 4.0L with an Anti-theft relay box and my power locks dont work. The relays click for both lock and unlock but none of the locks move. The strangest part about this is that this happened right after I changed my ignition switch. Ive gone through all the wireing with no luck and I dont think every motor would go out at once, any thoughts would be really helpful. CherokeeNation.

my power locks and everything worked, then when i had a shop fix my headlight switch, the radio wasn't working. It would light up if the headlights came on but no clock or anything.
i took it back to she shop and they got it to work, but now the power locks and dome lights do not. i suspect they stole the power from the fuse for the locks and domes, and there is a red wire going into that fuse slot, but i would assume the wire wouldn't keep the fuse from working and breaking the power flow to the locks, would it?

im not a brilliant electrical guy, but it would seem that fixing broke things cause others to break!
