Indeed the CPS is not a suspect. Water is completely normal, it is formed in the catalytic converter from exhaust gasses.

Which O2 sensors were replaced? All four?

Have the TPS and IAT actually been tested?

What does "I checked the voltage" mean for the MAP? Did you compare it to known values or just check the input voltage?

Are the O2 sensor fuses good?

Has it been scanned for pending codes?

(like CCKen mentioned a scanner that can show live data is extremely useful)

Agreed, but the water (condensation) should stop once the engine (exhaust) comes up to operating temp.
