possible fuel line trouble
in the mornings my xj takes about 20-25 secs of cranking to start. then if you goose it, it will try to die on you. after it idles for around a minute it runs like nothing was happening. i think i have a pin hole in a fuel line. any other ideas before i start tearing out fuel lines?

Go to autozone and rent a fuel pressure gauge.
Hook it up, get a pressure reading with the Key on. Start it and take another pressure reading, take the vacuum line off the FPR and write down that reading too. Post your results.
If it it not fuel pressure, It could be many other things. A bad cylinder, failing injectors, Map Sensor, etc.
