possible blown headgasket?
Jeep has been recently losing coolant with no signs of visible leaking even after i just had a new radiator put in jeep will condensate a little when i hold a piece of cardboard up to the exhaust pipe that and my jeep will start up hard after i have it running at operating temperature for awhile like say if i stop at a store after driving for 30 minutes then come back out and start it up i can feel it bump and idle hard

have the engine running and wait for the temp to come and if it pushes coolant bad out of the radiator then it probably is a bad gasket, you can also get a test kit from NAPA which test for coolant in the combustion chamber I never can remember the exact name of it though
being a 01 the odds are its the 0331 head cracked.
Any exhaust will condensate some. Hot exhaust into cool air makes condensation.
Have someone put a pressure tester on it to verify there are no external leaks. Ck oil fill cap for any green tint.
