every time i turn after putting my 3 in lift on it pops sometimes and ive tightened all i could think of that adjustable link bar? anybody have any idea

 

Frame side track bar bracket bolts. those stock brackets get loose over time.
Torque the crap out of 'em and a dab of blue loctite. Check axle side too.

The track bar's upper loint can wallow out it's mounting hole in teh frame bracket too, making a pop. New bracket if so. Check out the Iron Rock offroad double shear bracket and TB and never look back if ya gotta replace stock stuff.

If you're running the stock trackbar the increased angle may have increased wear on an old joint. Check for movement from underneath while someone else turns wheel back and forth.
May help to park one wheel against a curb and steer to look for play to

 

Re-check your u bolts when i did my 3" lift mine was pooping and was stumped until i installed my bastard pack and was undoing the rear u bolts and they were like hand tightened
