Popping boise on passenger right
Title says it. Occasionally when I turn left or right pulling into a parking spot I will get a popping noise seemingly from the passenger side. I have a brand new track bar, ball joints, tre's, u joints, hub bearings... I don't know why it would be popping. Did it before replacing everything and after. Maybe the steering box needs to be adjusted? Castle nuts tightened? Throw out your ideas I don't want to just turn my radio up to cover the noise...

Have you checked the sway bar connections?

I have some "pops" occasionally over certain bumps and its my sway bar bushings. I disco the bar and it goes away.

Last week I had a brand new bushing come apart on the right hand lower connection. They'll DEFINITELY pop.
|
I get pops from the front and I don't have sway bars
|
Can't locate the cause?
|
Try the bolt connecting the track bar to the axle....mine pops from there. Think you gotta put a bigger bolt in it

Well I put a steering stabilizer on and I haven't heard the noise since. I'm not going to worry about it too much because I've had multiple people check out my front end and say everything is nice and tight, mainly cause I have all new parts down there.

Usually a popping or clicking is a bearing of some sort, hub or u-joint.
