Default Poly control arm bushings

Hi guys and girls,
today i have been changing the lower control arms bushes with poly replacments, all went well and the truck is back on the ground.
I have not replaced the uppers yet and have the bushes waiting, question is how do you remove the front bush which is located in the axle bracket the rear is in the arm, is it with a blow torch to melt the crush tube and then the main bush and leave the shell in the housing?
I did this withe the lower arms but they were off the truck and easy. Any tips will be greatly recived.
Gary

Thanks for the question and the link. I'm getting ready to rebuild my front and was wondering how I was going to go about doing the arm bushings. I'll give that a shot.
