Hey guys, i just got done installing a 4.5 lift kit , this is what im nervous about? When i was installing the rear leaf spring packs i found my oem shackles were actually rusted in half and destroyed, i ordered 3/4 shakles from rustys, while i was waiting on them to arive i gave tom wood driveshafts my length and info so they can build me a driveshaft. Im worried that the measurement i gave them was wrong because 3 days after i ordered my shaft i put my new shackles on. am i going to run into a problem if my rear end is 3/4 inch higher ??? I hope not. Iv been down without my truck for 6 weeks. Sorry im a idiot, lol i didnt think about what i was doing.

well im just nervous about doing something to the boot or the shaft. If i raise the rear end 3/4 inch will that bring the pinion closer or away from SYE? with the truck on the ground?

shouldnt hurt a dang thing. as long as you measured the driveshaft right when you ordered it, you'll be fine
