Default Please help with weird starting problem

I got a 2001 jeep cherokee sport. Sometime it takes a wild to star like 20 cranks sometime it starts right away, dose not matter if cold or hot ,same result. I measures the fuel pressure. It hits 40 to 50 psi. So fuel pimp is good but it gradually decrease. Like the fuel is leaking some where's. I chang the fuel filter witch is located in the pressure regulator. Fuel pump, filter, pressure regulators is all good. So what is else to check? Think it's a crank position sensors? Please some advise thanx did engine scan no code showed uP.
