Default please help

i went on a drive to the desert, and when i got there i noticed oil leaking i traced the oil and it was coming from the air filter. the PCV is connected to it and it looked as if it were coming from there. any ideas on what would cause that?

don't know about 90 but in my 96 it's called ccv system, you just probably need to replace the meter/valve at the back of the valve cover it was adealer part only but was cheap
