Default please HELP!?

ok so my radio keeps cuttin on and off and its like its shortin out but if i just run it on the battery it works fine and the whole panels lights goes on and off
ive replaced ALL of the fuses

COULD IT BE MY BELT?
(cuz it is perty old)

I would start by making sure all your grounds are tight. Pull the radio out and check for exposed wires that could cause a short.

I'm not any kind of expert I am just giving a suggestion.
