Default PLEASE HELP

Hi guys I'm new to the site. I'm having an issue with my 2000 jeep xj sport. I recently removed both sun visors. When removing them I cut the black and colored wires that power the lights inside the visor. After doing this my radio, gauge cluster needles, and power locks remote no longer work. I tried replacing fuses number 17 and 6 in the fuse panel but no luck. What do you guys suggest?

You have an overhead console I presume? That's where the receiver for the remote is.

There are fuses under the hood too. Black box on the drivers side. Check the little mini fuses there. If they sparked when you cut them you could've easily blown a fuse. Next time, unplug the battery before working in electric components. Ask me how I learned that lesson.

Why the hell did you cut them? They unplug super easy and just tuck back up into the headliner. Why do people butcher wiring for no reason?!

My 89 didn't unplug. But he said he has an overhead consol meaning newer jeep which in theory means he probably did have plugs.
O.p. Yes you blew a fuse. Look around, find which one, and replace it. But first fix your chopped up wires
