pinout for the distributor, 1989 6 cyl

the connector going to the distributor was removed and the wires were connected directly. The engine has sspark but is not starting. I want to make shure that the wires were connected correctly. Thanks Mark S

Renix will run with sensor unplugged . Check fuel pressure yet ?
