If I remember right the 2" spacers actually give you about 2.5" because of teh angle of attack om the spring.

Any ideas on good ways to retain those brake lines u see hanging in teh rear of that pic?..............Ive went with strong zippy ties, but I'm concerned on hanging them on a stump or somthin.

ok so today I bought and install new shocks.. went to pepboys,, and since Im on a budget I bought the cheapest lol Monroe but at least I have lifetime warranty and then when I get some more money Ill buy the lift and again since im on a budget Im looking at these bc Kyle suggested NO on the AAL so I was thinking on these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/84-01...spagenameZWDVW

keep in mind with the shackle setup you are still going to run into problems with sagging. but the nice thing about the shackle is that you can reuse it if/when you do get new packs.

Again i would still suggest going with the new leafs to start off.

ok well Im probably going that way,, and then when they sag then Ill just buy replacement packs,, or budget packs,, and still use the shackle ... bc my packs are still good /// an other question,, the shackles go in the rear of the pack right just to make sure,,(probably a dumb question)

yes they go in the rear, you will see when you are down there how they attach.

great write up,, Ill use the front spacer part,, the pack part well... I dont have the tools for it.. Ill stick to the shackles
