When you create or reply to a post, click on the "Go Advanced" button under the text box. On the tool bar, you'll see the "paper clip" icon. Click on it and a dialog box will appear so you can attach your pic. If your pic in on your device, you can "Browse Your Device" and select your pic. Then upload and it will insert where your cursor was located, Once in "Advanced" you can also select "Manage Attachments". This will bring up the same dialog box to select and upload. You can add more pics if desired or delete ones you don't want. The process may differ if you're doing this from your phone, tablet or other device.

A few tips:

Once your done, before you "Submit Reply", select "Preview Post" to see what it will look like. You can edit the post to move the pic around or edit some text.

Check the size of your pic too. Modern cell phone cameras take very large pics and those can be enormous once posted. I typically resize and crop my pics before I post them.
