OK, the upper axle is a Chrysler 8.25 out of a 90s Jeep XJ. The lower axle is a D44 most likely out of an 87, if it came out of an XJ. I made this swap in my 91 XJ thinking that the 8.25 was a D35. I'm still glad I now have a D44 out of an 87 XJ in my 91. I'm really glad since my son still has the 8.25 axle in his 87 XJ.
