Here's what I know about the '96 PDC...(and 96 doesn't match earlier or later years)
I can't guarantee these are all correct, it's what I had jotted down for notes while futzing with my '96:
F1 125a Between Battery and Generator terminals
F2 20a Brake Lights/Flashers
F3 40a Starter Relay
F4 40a Junction Block (interior fuses)
F5 40a ABS
F6 30A PCM, TCM
F7 None
F8 60A Starter Relay, Ignition Switch
F9 None
F10 30A ??
F11 None
F12 None
F13 40a DRL
F14 30a ABS Main Relay
F15 30a Radiator Fan Relay
F17 15a Park Lamp Relay
F18 15a ASD Coil
F19 20a Junction Block (interior fuses), Underhood Light
F20 30a ASD (powers Coil, PCM, O2 Heaters)
F21 10A TCM, TCC Solenoid

For future reference, you can find a metric butt-load of drawings nd schematics by using Google Image Search.

Little green 30-amp fuse
FINALLY! This diagram and cross reference finally tells me that the little green 30A fuse just might get my Jeep running again! (It cranks but won't start...coil or PCM fuse? Hope so!)
UPDATE: I replaced the fuse, and the jeep ran for about 1 mile then quit. Apparently something is tripping the fuse, maybe a burnt or worn wire, or my mechanic says maybe a bad sensor. Anyway, trying to drive it to my mechanic, replaced the fuse again and it drove another mile. Did the same, but this time blew as soon as I tried to start up. Towed to mechanic, and will update this again with problem and solution. (I was really hoping to find some loose wires worn down by the drive shaft, common in this model it seems, but no such luck. My mechanic will find the problem.)
Broke at the right time: I was just about ready to head out for a 120-mile round trip to the beach. So glad it (1) quit before I got on the road; and (2) kept blowing so I didn't leave with a false-negative until the short happens in the middle of nowhere.

there is a site (mentioned on here, something like archives.com), where you can free download the ENTIRE 1996 FSM pdf for free, all 1750+ pages.
Its the only place I have ever seen it, also the 94-96 Parts Manual
search this forum for '96 FSM and similar
Its immensly useful if you have electrical or fuel issues
One point of note, I have 3 x '96 and the fuse locations are different in all 3 !
The original A5 size Drivers Handbook that comes with the vehicle also has a fuse location page, however, even if you still have that, I have 2 of mine, and they are different and not correct!
Its all helpful though, at least you can work it out
