i pulled the abs pump relay , still drawing . i also put my lead on one of the puel pump relays terminals and it pulled 12.56 milli amps , so i went under the jeep and un plugged it and then i had no draw on the terminal ..... but then went back to the fuse and it was still pulling 11.55 milli amps . i havent disconnected any of the tiny wires from my alt but i just installed a new 136 amp one and it tested okay but i will still disconnect them . i had this drain befor the alt change also

Wait a sec 12 milliamps right?
Ignition-Off Draw (IOD) refers to power being drained from the battery with the ignition switch in the Off position. A normal vehicle electrical system will draw from 5 to 20 milliamperes (0.005 - 0.020 ampere) with the ignition switch in the Off position, and all non-ignition controlled circuits in proper working order. The 20 milliamperes are needed to supply Powertrain Control Module (PCM) memory, digital clock memory, and electronically tuned radio memory.
is your battery in good shape?
